Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS) through UBC is a standardized educational program designed to teach healthcare providers how to assess and interpret fetal well-being during labour and delivery. It focuses on the interpretation of fetal heart rate monitoring, intermittent auscultation, and other surveillance methods to support safe clinical decisions.
