What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Promote high-quality pediatric care by sharing expertise with regional partners.
• Collaborate with local, provincial, and national committees to advance evidence-based standards.
• Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of educational initiatives for pediatric providers in the North East, North West, and beyond.
• Facilitate training and in-service sessions driven by clinical data and evolving practice needs.
• Support access to clinical resources and act as a trusted consultant to partner organizations.
• Contribute to innovative research and knowledge translation to inform clinical care.
• Lead NMCN programming, workshops, and strategic communications (e.g., newsletters, visits).
• Uphold data privacy, reporting, and quality improvement aligned with the network’s strategic goals.
